Spain has so many strengths. On the other, there are emerging regions such as Rueda, Toro and Calatayud, which have been transformed over the past decade by a new generation of producers. It’s no surprise then, that Spain is playing an increasingly important role in our portfolio at WaverleyTBS, and one that offers great diversity. You want fresh, modern white wines with real character? There’s Verdejo from Rueda, a great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc with similar aromatic profile. You want powerful, fruit-driven reds? Viticulture in La Mancha is undergoing massive development and is undoubtedly one of the key areas where huge gains in quality can be made. This is all beautifully reflected in the personally selected wines of the Raffine range.

Raffine – Airen / Sauvignon Blanc – Dry
An attractive dry white with floral aromas and a crisp finish. Enjoy fresh and nicely chilled and match with simply prepared white meats like roast chicken.
